Yoga + Literacy yoga for ages 3 - 6yrs (45minutes)

Inspired by my experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, literacy skills are explored through drama, dance, music + yoga. The Ontario
Curriculum explains: meaningful connections can be made between The Arts (drama, dance, music, visual arts) and language development.
Familiar stories, songs and poems provide children the opportunity to "express their thoughts and feelings, but may also articulate their
learning about their community and place in the world." (www.edu.gov.on.ca)
COMING SOON Urban Fantasy fiction, Holistic Healing + Yoga (1 hour)

Inspired by my experience as a Jr/Int Teacher, Urban Fantasy fiction and Holistic Health training, this class includes an intro to yoga, Reiki,
aromatherapy and more. Many current young adult urban fantasy authors embed holistic healing into their stories. This class will evolve into
a Yoga Bookclub for youth in the Fall with a focus on popular Urban Fantasy fiction and the integration of Holistic Healing and Yoga.
